Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Yogurt Plain, thick
  • 1 medium Cucumber (grated) Peeled, squeezed dry
  • 2 tbsp Mint (chopped) Fresh
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder Roasted
  • 1 small Green chili (minced) Optional

Method
 

  1. Prep cucumber: Grate and squeeze out excess water.
    Mix: In bowl, whisk yogurt, add cucumber, mint, cumin, chili, salt.
    Chill: Refrigerate 5 mins for flavors to meld.
    Serve cold alongside biryanis or kebabs.
