Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk powder Full-fat
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Ghee Melted
  • ½ cup Sugar For syrup
  • 1 cup Water For syrup
  • ½ tsp Cardamom powder

Method
 

  1. Dough: Mix milk powder, flour, baking soda, ghee, a splash of water into soft dough. Rest 5 mins.
    Shape: Roll into 12 small balls.
    Fry: Heat oil medium, fry balls until golden (3-4 mins). Drain.
    Syrup: Boil sugar, water, cardamom 5 mins into sticky syrup.
    Soak: Add hot jamuns to warm syrup. Let absorb 10 mins.
