- Marinate chicken: Mix chicken cubes with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric, and salt. Let sit 10 mins.Cook chicken: Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, add marinated chicken, cook 5-7 mins until browned. Remove and set aside.Sauté base: In same pan, heat remaining oil, add onion, cook until golden (3 mins).Add spices: Stir in tomato puree, simmer 5 mins until oil separates.Combine & simmer: Return chicken, add cream, simmer 10 mins on low. Garnish with cilantro.Serve hot with naan or rice.
