- Activate yeast: Mix yeast, sugar in warm milk; let foam 5 mins.Dough: Combine flour, salt, yogurt, yeast mix. Knead 5 mins into soft dough. Cover, rise 1 hr.Divide & shape: Punch dough, divide into 8 balls. Roll each into oval.Cook: Heat skillet on high, cook naan 1-2 mins per side until bubbles form and char.Brush: Melt butter with garlic, brush on hot naan.Serve warm with curries.
