- 1 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1½ cup Warm milk Or water for vegan
- 2 tbsp Yogurt Plain
- 2 tbsp Butter Melted, for brushing
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced) Optional, for garlic naan
Activate yeast: Mix yeast, sugar in warm milk; let foam 5 mins.Dough: Combine flour, salt, yogurt, yeast mix. Knead 5 mins into soft dough. Cover, rise 1 hr.Divide & shape: Punch dough, divide into 8 balls. Roll each into oval.Cook: Heat skillet on high, cook naan 1-2 mins per side until bubbles form and char.Brush: Melt butter with garlic, brush on hot naan.Serve warm with curries.
