Method
- Dough: Mix milk powder, flour, baking soda, ghee, a splash of water into soft dough. Rest 5 mins.Shape: Roll into 12 small balls.Fry: Heat oil medium, fry balls until golden (3-4 mins). Drain.Syrup: Boil sugar, water, cardamom 5 mins into sticky syrup.Soak: Add hot jamuns to warm syrup. Let absorb 10 mins.
